On filling out and submitted the Contact Form on the website the following information is recieved and stored by us

How do we collect the information?

When filling out the Contact Us form, your details (Name, Email and Message) are sent to our email address and our Wix account (the website platform we use)

Why do we collect this information?

We collect this information to respond to the messages sent in via the contact form.

How do we store your information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us provide our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Your details are also contained within our email account which is provided by Outlook.

How we will contact you?

We may contact to via email in response to the contact form that had been filled out. If you have chosen a separate medium of communication (i.e a mobile) and mentioned this in your message then we may also contact you in this way in response to your message.

We use a range of standard cookies deployed with a Wix site to try and provide a good user experience

Removing Personal Information

We are of course happy to remove any of your personal information from our system. This can be done by emailing us directly at theoldspottedcow@outlook.com and requesting we do so.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
