We are looking for a new, young team member to join us as an apprentice.  You will learn all aspects of running a catering business, including bar work, kitchen work, maintenance work, housekeeping, marketing & communications and hospitality in general.

The position is available from August 2025.  It can include accommodation and meals, with the pay structure being adjusted accordingly.

You need to be:

Honest

Reliable

Friendly

Positive

Willing to learn

Adaptable

18yrs old or above

Even better (but not essential) if you have:

A full UK Driving license

Catering experience

A reference from a previous job
