Smoked Salmon & Prawn Salad, with a zesty mayo, and honey & ginger dressed salad

Rustic Farmhouse Pate, served with nutty wholemeal bread and butter

Spiced Butternut Soup, with sour cream and toasted pumpkin seeds (V)

 


Mains
Traditional Christmas Turkey roast dinner, with pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, honey roasted carrots and parsnips, cauliflower cheese, broccoli, sprouts with bacon, and stuffing, served with gravy and cranberry sauce

Roasted Stuffed Pepper filled with mushroom and chestnut risotto, served with traditional roast dinner trimmings

​

Salmon & Herb Fishcakes in a crispy panko crumb, served with wilted spinach, broccoli, and a creamy lemon & parsley sauce (roast potatoes optional)

Rich Steak & Ale Pie, served with creamy mash and gravy, with mixed seasonal vegetables.

Christmas Pudding, served with brandy butter, ice cream, or whipped cream

Crème Brûleé, garnished with seasonal berries


Sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream
